Divert your mind

There are a lot of situations where we feel that we are not being praised or appreciated or feel really low due to something ..try and divert your thoughts.Convert them from negative to positive ones.

Try making a personal solar system with the inner most circle being the most closest people or things you love and the outermost being the least affecting people /things in your life.Trust me,this will help you sort out your negative thoughts and focus more on the important things in your life bringing in positivity.

Try and engage in an activity that helps maintain your sanity ;watch a movie,any series or dance,sing,listen to music.Just do anything that let’s your mind divert the negativity…

Music therapy

I have heard about various therapies that do not require medical intervention but the one that really excites me is listening to music.As a music buff I love listening to music and if this habit leads to treating something then there is nothing better than that!!

So,if you are feeling tired,fatigued or just not that well and low listen to your playlist or just any random song.

The main purpose why music is a healer is that the tunes distract the mind from the lowness and uplifts the mood of the person listening to it!! it can be anything that you like or any other fast track song that leads to high pump in your heart and let you unwind..
