This too shall pass..

There are times when life doesn’t work or go as you plan..and you are on the edge and start crying at every moment,don’t worry do these things:

1.talk to someone who can just listen to you even if not advise something

2.write on a page and tear it

3.punch a cushion

4.If crying helps cry as much as you want just take that out!

5.Meditate

6.Do yoga

7.Start your hobby just take that thing out in some way (draw,paint,dance,sing,read..do something to divert your mind)

Finally just remember whichever phase you are in that will surely pass,hold god’s hand he will surely take you out of this mud!

Also be grateful this will help you curb your negativity and ease out the stress!!
